Rubber Extruded Profiles
Our profiles include standard circular cord sections, from which we can also supplied joined rings, tubes, strip and almost 3000 different profiles, in many types of material.
Profiles range from 0.5mm up to 400mm diameter using a variety of different extrusion lines, either with in-line curing or post curing systems.
In rubbers, materials range from standard EPDM and Nitriles, through to Silicones, Fluoroelastomers and Perfluoroelastomers. We supply solid materials, sponges (mostly EPDM and Neoprene) and dual hardness profiles - and can also offer fabric and metal reinforced sections used typically in items such as door and boot seals.

These include ;
Flat profiles, edging strip, convex cover profiles, barbed profiles, T profiles, L profiles, skirting, H profiles, internal corner profiles, external corner profiles, EF corner profiles, lipping profiles, capping profiles, beading profiles, binding profiles, single channel and double channel profiles - all from standard tooling, and many from stock.
Along with these we can offer rigid plastic or aluminium sections with gasket weather seals.
We also offer polyethylene extruded mesh product up to 2m wide (the mesh materials are used for ground reinforcement) - extruded sheeting is made up to 4m wide but can be heat welded to any width required !
