Plastic Moulding
We have facilities for injection moulding, rotational moulding, blow moulding and compression moulding of many different grades of plastic.
Items include Traffic Cones, Bottles, Buckets, Instrument Casings, Tanks, Caps and Plugs and Pipe Fittings amongst many others.
We can supply many different materials - Nylon, ABS, Polycarbonate, LDPE, HDPE, PTFE, Polyesters, Polypropylene etc - along with specially filled materials for high impact resistance for instance.
Rubber Moulding
Using Compression, Transfer and Injection moulding techniques we can manufacture all types of rubber products including fabric reinforced diaphragms, rubber to metal bonded items, dual-hardness and dual material (ie ebonite and rubber) parts.
We can make parts from under 1 gramme, up to 100 kgs in weight and from 1mm to 2mts in size (larger mouldings can be produced by stage moulding)
Materials include Naturals, Neoprenes, Nitriles, HBR, EPDM, Butyl, Hypalon, Silicone, Urethanes, Fluorosilicone, Fluoroelastomers etc - special grades include RFI materials (carbon, silver, gold loaded etc), BS and DIN standards.
